Pet Friendly

The Villages at Cunningham Corner and Madison Avenue Apartments are both pet friendly communities! We are pleased to offer our residents the option to have a pet reside with them at our apartment community.

Our Pet Policy:

Pet Regulations: Pets upon approval with a seperate Pet Agreement. (Please see the office for a copy of the Pet Agreement which outlines specific guidelines and fees associated with pets).

Details: There is an additional fully refundable Pet Deposit and monthly Pet Rent that apply depending on the type(s) of animals you have.

All animals must be at least one year old and 25 pounds or less (full grown weight). Breed resitrictions also apply.
